Standard Birth Support Package
- call/text support from point of hire
- up to 2 private, virtual ‘coffee-chats’
- 1 hardcopy prenatal workbook
- 2 in-home visits, 90-120 minutes each (covers childbirth education, comfort measures, and lactation education)
- continuous, in-person birth support from active labor and onward
- immediate postpartum support (up to 90 minutes)
- 1 in-home postpartum visit between (30-60 minutes) 1-6 weeks postpartum
Birth Support Plus Package
The Birth Support Plus package includes everything in the Standard Birth Package along with:
- an additional 4 hours of daytime postpartum support
This extra postpartum visit is reserved for baby care to allow you time to rest. Along with the completion of household tasks to provide you with a tranquil and mindfully set up space to heal in
